This is an updated review from another 5 star review I left 6 years ago. I reached out to the owner, Dan, and he responded almost immediately, and was to come out the same day. As before, he was knowledgeable , Friendly and honest and did not add on any unnecessary work or additional charges.
Purchased a house with in which Solar Electric Pros did the installation of a 21 panel system in 2017. The roof leaked in 2021 and the company would not come out to evaluate the cause and would not pull the panels off even though I offered to pay to have the panels removed by them. The place of business on their website is not accurate as they have moved.
My partner was in the ICU critical ill (not COVID) when my tenents' power went out. It was Saturday evening! The only 24-hour electrician I could find nearby was Dan. He was unbelievably great. He was straightforward and honest, flexible in making arrangements so I could go back to the hospital, and fixed everything perfectly in record time, even in my absence. He was also incredibly responsive...answered his own phone, no recordings, etc.! It is a real pleasure to pay him for his excellent and speedy service!
