“Sean did an amazing job helping me sale my mother's home after her passing. He was always there to answer any of my questions and advocated for me when I needed him. He went above and beyond, even helping us move some heave furniture. I could not have chosen a better realtor. Thank you Sean!”
“I had a property in Cameron Park under financial hardship. The property had two squatters and another tenant who refused to leave. I spoke to so many agents with different selling models, but I chose Darren because of his knowledge and integrity.
One of our squatters was schizophrenic and would often walk around in his underwear, spreading lies and scaring buyers away. That tenant got code enforcement involved, which led to unexpected violations.
Every problem the property threw at us, Darren sent over well researched action plans that broke down our options and likely outcomes. It's clear he's been doing real estate for decades, and he always went above and beyond to help me.
The property always had showings with so many interested buyers. He was always there throughout this stressful time. I feel like I would’ve been screwed over with any other agent. I can't recommend him enough. If he could sell my property for a decent price, he can sell yours!”
“Working with Carmen Micsa to sell our rental properties was a smoother process than we could even imagine. She gave great advice as far as doing renovations to make our properties move in ready, but keeping costs to a minimum. She even joked that she was not only our agent, but our contractor as well, as she helped us navigate the upgrades. We were in escrow within days of listing, and everything went so smoothly. Her advice was spot on, and she was a pleasure to work with. She was always available, and responded to texts before we could hit send! I highly recommend Carmen for all your real estate needs.”
