What can I say about working with Matt? I bought and sold my last house with him and he under promised and over delivered, you can’t ask for much more than that. As a single dad I didn’t have a lot of time to do the DD, he stepped up and did it for me. I told him what I wanted and ask him to work his magic, and he did! He never sugar coated or just told me what I wanted to hear and I really appreciate how straight forward he was. The pre-listing walkthrough and helped us prioritize some small home improvements that got us the most return on investment. He had a solid strategy that made sure we didn't waste our time chasing bids from irresponsible bidders (ones that would waste time and fall apart anyways).
