Instead, I waited and then BOOM, the fan belt broke. I was shocked that Tom still owns the business and still does the installs and repairs. He came out and not only put on a new belt, but put on a new pully and a new controller that can be operated from your phone via Bluetooth. VERY COOL!!! Everything including the service call came out to less than $250 which I felt was well worth it, just to have our Whole House Fan up and running again.“
