“Angela Nelson is my favorite hair stylist. I live in Portland OR, but have family in the Sacramento valley area, so I make an appt with Angela whenever I'm here. I love her cuts (I have fine, thinning gray hair that I wear shoulder length). She is very kind and thoughtful and understands and accepts that I am not going to spend an hour with my hair every morning.
