Express may temporarily or permanently disable access to any portion of the Web Services for any or no reason, including, without limitation, an actual or threatened breach of security. Nothing herein shall allow Licensee to retain any copies of information or Content found from the Web Services or images thereof. Sections 6, 7, 11, 12, 13 and 16 shall survive termination of this Agreement.

I came to this location in 2012 to look for a job, I had zero results due to an apprehensiveness of businesses to hire people that weren't local to the state of California however I remember I enjoyed the time I spent there. The people who were working to help others were friendly and very helpful with helping me set up a credible resume. I thank you for your help!

I'm leaving a two star rating because the building advertises that it's an EDD related business. It is NOT, do not go to this place of business if you are looking for help/advice regarding disability. The people there are not at all knowledgeable in any way shape or form to help with EDD services. Also the man that "helped" me today didn't give me any eye contact and seemingly only stared at my chest the whole time I was there. It made me extremely uncomfortable and I left feeling very frustrated.
