The NCIDC really came thru!I called them to get help with utility's but my income was a tiny bit above,so the lady who works at NCIDC "Alberda' she still helped me out by getting half off my rent, she went out her way to make sure she helped me .. Thank You Again Alberta NCIDC Happy Holidays
