I appreciate this urgent care, it's open until late hours and it's almost never more than a 20 min wait. The staff at the front desk today weren't very friendly and the only negative thing I can say is that I really dislike how they say "how can I help you" instead of asking people to check in because were obviously here to be seen and the patient before me said "I think I have a UTI." I just think it's personal information that we don't need to say out loud in the lobby. They also ask for the date of birth and name etc. When it was my turn I just told her I'd check in and I wrote down the reason for the visit there. I mean there has to be privacy rules that apply? I had to go to urgent care at today for a simple bacterial infection. I got there at 9 AM. I was seen at 9:10 by very professional and caring staff I was given the correct antibiotic which was called over to my pharmacy and able to pick up immediately. My experience they're rated five stars for professionalism, courtesy, and promptness. I don't see how they can only have 2 1/2 stars on yelp.

I do wonder why so many of the reviews are negative. my experience could not have been better. After suffering with this allergic dermatological condition for a few months, my wife convinced me it was time to seek medical outside of my dermatologist, as it was really eruptIng. The receptionist found my file immediately. I didn't even pull out my insurance cards. Within minutes, I was in a room being screened by a very pleasant and compassionate nurse. A few minutes later PA Sarah comes in and looks at me, diagnosese me and prescribed treatment. I received the treatment and picked up the ongoing medication order at my pharmacy.
