About Precision Escondido HVAC Repair
Precision Escondido HVAC Solutions serves Hidden Meadows, CA with dependable heating and cooling services, available seven days a week. This visit was much more thorough than the one last year, as they took time to explain each step of the preventive maintenance process and answered questions about potential wear and tear. This service was more efficient than a previous contractor, as they dismantled the A/C system in about an hour and clearly explained each step. A flat fee was quoted for preventive maintenance, which included checking refrigerant levels and cleaning the coils. The technician explained why everything was in good working condition and didn't pressure anyone into additional services. After the routine check-up, they advised replacing a couple of worn-out parts, which has kept the system running smoothly. The technician took about an hour to thoroughly check and clean the unit and provided a detailed explanation of potential issues to watch for.
The estimate was competitive for installation and the techs were in and out in under three hours with no disturbance to our schedule. They double-checked all connections thoroughly before departing, which was a nice touch compared to our previous service with another firm.
I expected a thorough cleaning of our A/C system vents and that's exactly what was done, with the technician spending about an hour ensuring each vent was addressed. He also pointed out an issue with one of our ducts, which we hadn't noticed before, and helped resolve it during the same visit.
The installation of the new AC was efficient, wrapping up in just a couple of hours, though I would've appreciated if they had laid out protective coverings to keep the work area cleaner. Overall, a solid experience with knowledgeable technicians who clearly explained the system's settings and maintenance tips.
