Despite being busy during a heatwave, they efficiently scheduled and completed a system installation for a three-story house, even using a crane to lift the AC unit to the roof. They replaced an old furnace and AC system, offering fair pricing and excellent service throughout the process. The team was thorough, fixing a leak detection circuit by bypassing it when needed and promptly replacing the faulty part later. They also installed a new furnace and air conditioner at a customer's home, receiving high praise for their professionalism and value. Additionally, JMS West HVAC successfully redid all the HVAC at a church and fixed long-standing issues with mini splits at a residence within a day. Customers highly recommend their timely, professional, and friendly service.
Our system crashed at peak of the heatwave and so JMS was swamped. We got estimates from other vendors and me being me, I asked a lot of questions of JMS and others. In the end I chose these guys. Once I committed they were quick in getting the installation scheduled and done. There is a leak detection circuit required by CA now, and the part was bad. What I appreciated about these guys was they bypassed circuit and got us cool air on the day of the install. They contacted us the following week and set up a time to replace the failed part. JMS west redid all our hvac at our church and saved us $1000s. They were professional and timely. We also used them to fix some mini splits at our house we were having issues with for years. Within a day they had it diagnosed and fixed. Highly recommend them!
JMS is awesome, honest and very responsive. I called about my central air not working and he came the next day and fixed it on the spot. Had the needed parts in his truck and literally just charged me for a service call. Highly recommend him, nice old school type of reliable service.
