I badly “tweaked” my back over 3 years ago lifting an oversized light box, which immediately debilitated me. Thankfully, I was referred to Dr, Derek and he was able to see me quickly and provide immediate relief along with PT exercises and life style movement prevention tips. Over the years, I’ve further aggravated my back and he is always there to help with a compassionate and helpful approach.
