“Dr. Ray knows me as Kelly Hurd, & I wanted to pop on here, because everyone should know about him, & his practice! I met Dr. Ray 3 years ago, when I became bedridden to using a walker in my early 40s. I was severely struggling with long covid, lupus, pots, Epstein bar, & lost my ability at life. I had crushing headaches, occipital neuralgia, my autonomic system went into failure, I had been tested at the hospital for nerve failure, I lost most of my vision, dizziness to the point I couldn’t walk without assistance, very high heart rate (145-150
Even sleeping), and a swinging blood pressure. I had been in the cardiac unit, and in and out of the hospital for over a year. I went from lifting heavy weights, running, biking, riding horses, training for body competitions, to being bedridden within 6 months of having Covid. Dr. Ray taught me that even though I had these symptoms, and autoimmune/dysautonomia, our upper cervical spine being out of alignment can exacerbate symptoms, or be the root cause. Our nerves are not able to do their job when out of alignment! He was the first doctor out of all my medical team (besides my naturopath), to actually listen. He took his time on my intake appointment, as well as on all of my scans, including a very special 3d image to perfect my treatment plan. When we had our appointment to discuss the plan, it was methodical, & he explained exactly why we would be going in the order of adjustments that he listed. I had been out of alignment for decades it seemed, so my symptoms flared at the same time while dealing with long covid and all that brought me. All of my appointments have been amazing! He’s very precise, and thorough. I felt relief in the first week! Even though I had a very long road because of how sick I had been, Dr Ray was completely encouraging, & knowledgeable on how our nerves, and bodies want to heal and can! I love the drop table he issues, as there is zero twisting or cracking. It’s been years now, and yes I do have symptoms from my pots, and lupus from time to time, but I’m literally back to my normal life.
