This was a great experience. The staff was very nice and organized. I did this event last year also. Cujo wasn't too sure at first....but warmed up to Santa....I took a few pictures...but the picture they took of my pup was much better. Shared with family and friends...everyone had great things to say about about the photo. Thanks petsmart...

Five well-deserved stars for Jen Crone in the grooming department. We have been going to Jen for more than TEN YEARS with our Standard Poodle (who absolutely adores Jen). If that's not saying something, what is? Tail wags and licks every time we get into the salon, our dog loves it. She's also a senior, so Jen is very careful and patient with her. We feel so lucky to have found such a talented, compassionate, knowledgeable groomer to take care of our pup. We drive all the way from Orange County to just see Jen! That's how amazing she is.

Juliana groomed my very large lab mix Kona and made her look fabulous. This was our first time at Petsmart groomingand I regret that after checking in with the salon, going to the register to pay, then going back to get Kona that I failed to give Juliana a tip which she deserved. I will try to go by there tomorrow and rectify this. Kona was in dire need of professional furminator work. My efforts were not near enough. Juliana wrote up notes about Konas visit that were very helpful. thank you
