This place exceeded my hopes and expectations. I have a ring my mother gave me years ago. I decided I wanted to have it appraised and sized so I could wear it. This shop did a free informal appraisal, it was for my personal interest only. I don’t know if they would have charged, if it was for insurance purposes. They had it sized and ready for me the following day. I was very impressed with their service and professionalism.
I recently visited BGS Jewelers to get the clasp on my necklace fixed. When I told her the issue, she quickly noticed that it was just a little bent. She kindly fixed it for me free of charge! The store was a very cozy place and she was incredibly nice. Highly recommend 10/10 will be coming back
