    I have been a client of Be_Fitness since 2016 and this studio is my happy place. Owner/instructor Casie introduced me to TRX and I’m hooked! Classes at Be Fitness vary in intensity and focus: strength, sculpting, flexibility, mobility, etc. Casie and her fellow instructors are focused on correct performance of exercises based on your ability. The environment at Be Fitness is welcoming, non-judgmental and fun! No matter where you are in your fitness journey, there’s a class for you at Be Fitness.

    I have been coming to Be Fitness for 3 months now and love it! Cassie, Adrienne, and Heather are all great instructors and make the classes fun and engaging. I love that there are a variety of times from 5:30 am all the way to the evening ones at 6:30 pm. You can also get a range of workouts: Pilates, yoga, HIIT, TRX, circuit training, etc. Really something for everyone :)

    I have been a member at Be Fitness for several years now. I love this place! No matter what fitness level you're at, there is something here for you. I recently attended the Pelvic floor restore classes. What a great experience! Felt perfectly comfortable with Casie the instructor. I've noticed a difference since the class. Currently, I am attending the Happy Hip series. Another wonderful experience! It's helping me to become more flexible & not as tight in my hip flexors.
