I had an amazing experience here, probably one of the single best customer service experiences I have ever had in Los Angeles. I had several old Apple computers that I was looking to trade in for a newer MacBook and a newer iPad. Daniel and David were awesome and were forthcoming about every Apple product’s value and what they were willing to offer for trade-in value. They were fair, honest, and easy to negotiate with.
