In 2022 they created a frameless fixed panel in a "wave" shape to fit our guest bathroom's ocean theme. Recently, June 2024, they installed one fixed frameless panel and one swinging door in our master shower. Siera, and Alfie guided our decisions with their experience and knowledge of their products and installations. They go above and beyond with their friendly and helpful customer service. “We had four estimates. Builders wasn't the cheapest, but won our business with professional knowledge, attention to detail, quality products, and excellent communication. Of the four companies, Builders was the only one to send both a sales rep (Nathan) AND an installer (Bryon, Bella Vista) to the initial survey of our home. No sales pitch, just discussion of requirements and the attributes of products available to meet them. Delivery and installation went smoothly, with good support and followup throughout from Nathan. The Bella Vista installation team did an awesome job. Our Milgard Trinsic Windows are beautiful. This was a good experience. I recommend.“

“I chose them out of 3 other estimates. They were the only ones that didn't try to talk me out of removing the whole patio door including the old track. All the other companies wanted to use the old rusty and dented track. I knew what I wanted and was willing to pay to get it. I appreciate that US Window and Door just said yes, they could replace the whole thing. Their estimate wasn't that much more than the others. The two guys that installed the door and the stucco guy did an OUTSTANDING job! I couldn't be more satisfied because it is perfect.“
