“I’ve been seeing Lizzie since 2018 for brows and waxing and honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else.
Before I was referred to Peonies, I used to buy wax passes at one of the big chains and I hated the whole experience. Sterile rooms, bright lights, loud music, constant upselling, and somehow I never saw the same esthetician twice. Peonies was such a different experience from the start.
I was TERRIFIED to get my first Brazilian. I was nervous about the pain and also just the awkwardness of being that exposed, but Lizzie made me feel comfortable right away. Now I’ll never go back. I even have her wax my legs because somehow it barely hurts and it’s so much easier than shaving.
Her space is warm, cozy, beautiful, and actually feels relaxing to be in. And Lizzie is just an absolute doll. She makes you feel like you’re hanging out with a friend and you kind of forget you’re there to get waxed. We laugh, we cry, we talk about everything, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.
She’s also really health-conscious and puts a lot of thought into the products she uses and recommends, but I’ve never felt judged or like she’s trying to sell me something I don’t need. I really trust her. She's the best!”
