“Had my appointment on Valentine's Day with Zenny. I was finally using a giftcard so decided to go with something new. Gel extension with ombré design. Although she was hesitant and up front about her skills with ombré, I have complete faith as she's always done excellent work. And she did! Turned out so pretty! I'm obsessed and now I have plans to come in often so Zenny can practice a new ombreé design so we can get her more confident in future ombré requests ??

“Vicky at Nail Design in Carlsbad is truly the best. She is always so friendly, kind, and welcoming, and I love how easy it is to text her to book, usually every three weeks, but she’s also amazing about fitting me in when I have a nail emergency. Her assistant Vin is just as wonderful: extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. The salon itself is spotless, with a huge selection of colors, brand new nail stations, and fabulous pedicure chairs that make the whole experience feel elevated and relaxing. I have been coming here for years and highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great service and a consistently wonderful experience.

Also, as a long-time client, I feel compelled to respond to a couple new reviews posted the same day which are inconsistent with the experience I’ve had at Nail Design. Vicky and her team are professional, kind, and go out of their way to treat clients well. I’ve always found the salon to be clean, organized, and welcoming. It’s unfortunate when negative reviews, especially from accounts with no other history, can misrepresent a small business that consistently provides great service.“

“I really enjoyed this place. Celine did an incredible job on my mani and pedi. We got just what we wanted. Very detailed work she does. Amy did my daughter's nails. We paid 175$ for both of us for manis and pedis no including tip. Little pricy for me but we are on vacation and wanted to pamper ourselves. They serve you one drink of your choice. I got the iced chai and it was delicious. They even have the good ice. I called other places before coming and it was super expensive, so I recommend this location 10/10 and Celine was super sweet. “There are alot of happiness nails... do yourself a favor and choose this one in la costa! The technicians are so detailed oriented and friendly. They were so great with my 6 year old- patient and friendly! And they told me the nail salon hosts bday parties, which we will definitely look into! I live the banter they have with their regular customers- it gives you the impression that they really care about their clientele. Our nails look great and it didn't break the bank! I pass about 4 different, closer nail salons on my way here but i keep having mediocre experiences- this will be my new go to nail spot!!“
