“I don’t really remember her name, but the lady that was doing my pedicure was the sweetest woman I’ve ever met. I’m extremely ticklish on my feet, so when she was doing the callous thing scrubber and she saw me tightly gripping the chair she said “just tell yourself you’re not ticklish, always works”. She made me laugh throughout the whole time and she released all the tension in my calves with her massage. She even told me what lash serum she uses and where she got it from because I told her I loved how long her lashes were. Anyway, walked in greeted by an associate, technician was notified we were there, came out, greeted us, pointed to our seats, introduced herself, Jenine (sorry, if misspelled) very nice, friendly, courteous, and helpful. I had a really bad ingrown nail and she took it out, although it was a little painful, she took the constant pain I was having away. Anyhow she was very attentive and she took her time and did a nice job.”
