I walked in and it looked busy so I thought it would be pretty good. After my manicure, I still had small bits of nail polish around 6 of my 10 fingers. I also had a pedicure with an older lady who looked super Unhappy to be there. She changed the water temperature and immediately it was super hot water. Ouch. Her colleagues seem to say something to her another language. I don't know what they said. Then she pushed my cuticle far back on my big toe and that hurt. I really did not know how to react. When I got home and bathed, I finished trimming the dead skin from around my toes myself. It was surprisingly busy, good location. I will not go back.

Overall my experience was okay. The lady who was doing my nails (and I regret not getting her name) kept trying to push the upsell on the pedicure. She pointed out my heels were very dry so I said fine, ahead with the next one up. She barely scrubbed my feet and they still felt dry after. Also, during my pedicure, she stopped to tally up another bill and then a few minutes later, started cleaning one of her bottles while I just sat there. Definitely going to search for another salon.

Efficient salon. Friendly staff. Manicure and pedicure look great. I didn't have an appointment and they look me right away. I was pressed for time and they did mani/pedi simultaneously
