I went in yesterday to get some business cards printed using a google template. Another professional printer seemed to be unable to do so. They were so knowledgeable and helpful. They patiently and thoroughly helped a woman ahead of me and then they did the same for me. I walked out with my cards and the kindness and professionalism was very refreshing!
I can't thank Wayne and the entire Office Depot team enough for their incredible help! I was in a bind and needed a foam board printed within three hours. I called Office Depot, feeling pretty nervous since no one else was able to meet my understandably short timeline. Wayne answered and immediately put me at ease. He stayed on the phone with me, walked me through the process, and assured me they could get it done. When I went in to pick up my order, even at the end of the day, the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. They truly went above and beyond with their customer service. I'm so grateful for Wayne and the team's kindness, efficiency, and the human touch they brought to a stressful situation. Highly recommend this Office Depot location for anyone in need of reliable and caring service!
Hours on yelp appear inaccurate but they were open today, Thursday. I like that they were open at 8:30am. I went to photocopy docs and Henok was super friendly, professional, and helpful. He was even able to multitask helping 2 people at the same time! Thank you Henok!
