I wanted to come on here and shout out Dominique & Sam, who were both excellent in their customer service. I understand how frustrating it can be with urgent care wait times, insurance and everything else that comes with being sick. But Dominique and Sam had guided me even when they did not have to. I was impressed with their impact and wrote their names down to make sure I wrote this review. Especially while I was not feeling well, they helped me with my insurance questions, got me checked in quick, and I left with the right prescriptions and ended up getting better days later because of it. I have visited this clinic several times, and every visit has been an extremely comfortable and pleasant experience. From the reception staff at the front desk, to the nurses who welcome patients after entering, and finally to the doctors during consultation, every step of the process is handled with exceptional care and professionalism. Their service attitude and quality truly deserve a big thumbs-up.

Especially during my most recent visit, a doctor named Dr. Kelvin Chen was incredibly attentive and highly professional. Dr. Chen explained every aspect of my condition and treatment analysis clearly and thoroughly, leaving me with absolutely no doubts or confusion.
