They have a very rude & unprofessional customer Service, I was there at 8:00 PM but the door was closed, so I knocked the door they said sorry the lock in the door has some problems please wait outside when someone came out then you can come in, I waited there for 30 minutes and after 30 minutes when the door opened, the nurse is saying we can’t let you come in because we close at 8:00 PM, but they put stickers and posters inside and outside the door that this urgent care is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, they waste my time because the don’t wanted to check in patients before 8:00 PM, shame on your service

Rude, Rude, Rude! Website states they do Occupational Health, call them and they say they don't. Tell them it's on their website, they said they don't do it, with a very rude attitude.

This place is terrible!! The doctor that’s an old bald guy there is dumb or something. I went last week and was told i had a specific rash that wasn’t nothing for me to worry about and that it’ll go away on its own. Go to find out this week that it got worse all over my body and i went to the emergency room only to be told i had a rash condition where it was contagious and i needed treatment. Honestly the few times i came here, it’s been terrible experiences. Another example would be when i had an ear infection, i was told to take antibiotics. A few weeks went by and the pain went away but i went back in concern that i wasn’t hearing well and i heard clicking...read full review
