“UPDATE: I reached out to them and May contacted me and fixed my nails free of charge and it was a very pleasant experience. She was very kind and fixed them promptly. She gave me the best customer service !! I always return here for my nails but I had an appointment yesterday for a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure was amazing and came out stunning that technician was very kind and amazing. But the tech that did my full set I felt was rushed and my nails came out messy. When I pointed this out all they stated was that designs changed. My nails look messy and the tech knew about it because I pointed it out. I didn't like my hand full set. For reference I'll attach the inspo picture and how my nails came out. I'm very disheartened by this experience“
