Our door's latching mechanism had been partially replaced on an earlier appointment and by another technician. The problem wasn't resolved on that visit, so Jerrod assessed the fitment of our door and correctly diagnosed our issue in less than ten minutes--wasn't the mechanism after all. After a few adjustments where he showed me how to make them myself, should I ever need to do so, Jerrod had our door working like new again.
