The owners are super knowledgeable and friendly - they thoroughly research all the products they sell and stay current in their industry by interviewing reps, networking, and attending trade shows. I appreciate their integrity - I know of a couple dog food brands they've stopped carrying in their store bc they were acquired by a larger company and started cutting corners on ingredients or changed their sourcing methods. I would've never known if it weren't for the owners sharing what they've learned.We're very picky about what we feed our sensitive dog and they've given me great advice on dog food options - they've shared the history of the dog food companies, how they source their meat, the composition of the food, if it has any byproducts or fillers, how it's processed, and have even shared samples with us to take home when possible. They have an impressive bakery selection for special occasion treats too!Best of all, their prices are extremely reasonable. For us, it's a win-win when we can support a local small business AND they beat Amazon prices for high-quality food. I always leave there feeling like I'm giving my dog the best the industry has to offer thanks to these guys!“

“My mini bernedoodle pup Rufus and I love LA Pet Home! I've taken my previous dog to other grooming spots but this is by far the best. They are honest, fairly priced, have a genuine love for their dogs and customers, and are the friendliest people ever. Rufus had his 2nd grooming appointment today and and came out looking like the most handsomest boy. He even greeted his groomers Lauren, another wonderful female groomer, and Fatih a warm goodbye. It really makes my heart happy to see Rufus excited to be there.In the past, I'd always dread taking my dog to the groomer, seeing her shaking in fear of being taken in and being placed in a cage for hours waiting to be seen. But my view of the grooming experience has completely changed and I think it might even be possible for baby Rufus to grow up actually LOVE grooming! I can't say thank you enough. LA Pet Home is awesome!!“

“I highly recommend Dapper Dog Spa. I have had my dogs groomed here multiple times now and have been happy with the outcome each time. I have a Golden Retriever and a Shitzu Mix. My Shitzu is 13 years old and struggles with arthritis. Dapper Dog Spa always makes sure to be extra gentle with him. I really love that I can tell everyone that works there really loves and cares for every dog and the dog's well being comes first. I have not had that experience at other places. Both dogs always have beautiful cuts and always exactly what I ask for. I also really love that as soon as the dogs are dropped off, the dogs are worked on right away so they are not there too long. I love Dapper Dog Spa and definitely highly recommend.“

“Marilyn has been the one to give my Yorkshire the best Teddy bear look. She definitely does a complete and awesome job every time. I recently had surgery and my dog was in desperate need of grooming. Marilyn came to pick up my dog and gave her a perfect cut and she said all she wanted to do was help. You definitely can’t put a price on that service. Grateful someone like her exist in our community.“

“I just recently moved to La Habra and I was in need of finding a new dog groomer. After searching high and low, I found the Puppy Place Grooming! I was shocked to see that this business had nothing but 5 stars and good reviews so I decided to take a chance and I'm happy to say... THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!!!!! I told him how my dog was an anxious dog and she couldn't be kenneled. They were understanding and reassured that they would not place her in the kennel. They knew I was nervous myself because my dog has had terrible experiences in the past, and they kept reassuring me not to worry. When I dropped her off they told me they would start on her asap and let me know 10-15 minutes prior to her being ready so I can be there and they did just that!!!!! I am so happy, and my dog looks amazing!!!!! I want to note - Jose is the sweetest person ever. When we dropped our dog off he was so sweet and loving towards her and I knew she was in good hands! I will be back when she is due for a bath/haircut. Puppy Place is the best!!!!!!!“

My girls, Bernadette and Theodora came out looking darling, smelling fresh and so much cooler. $55 for a full service groom with hair trim is great. $25 for a bath ( nails, glands) and $5 nail trip alone!!!! Roxi was warm and accommodating.“
