“Hoagie and team (Buttercup) are truly gifted with fur babies. We recently brought in our three senior small dogs with (shamedly) overgrown nails. Not only was he non judgemental, but he was kind and gave us lots of educational feedback in a gentle way. Good Humanity does exist and you can find it here. There’s parking in the back, and is conveniently located directly off I10. I had previously sent a text explaining my fear of bringing in our dogs in fear of them getting rejected. He responded within 24 hours and was really helpful and informative via text. I love finding places like this! If you are neglecting your dogs personal care, and you worry about judgemental places, do your pets a favor and just bring them in. I have a huge weight lifted off my chest. Thank you Hoagie! She did a great job her and her assistant they are kind, caring and gentle, especially with my 16-year-old maltipoo he has arthritis and due to his age heart of hearing and heart of seen he can be a little difficult. They were very patient with him and he looked great. He also came out. Happy eat food drank water. I can definitely see by the way he reacted they did a very gentle job with him. I use to take him to another groomer and he would always come back terrified, but now he comes home and doesn’t get startled anymore. The owner is very friendly and gentle with the dogs.
