After our terrible experience at a previous groomer, we began bringing our Eggy here beginning last year. Every experience has been wonderful and the groomers at Soo's are super thorough. Eggy can be such a jerk with grooming, so I appreciate how careful they are with his collapsing trachea and infection-prone ears despite his violent struggling.
Soo’s Pet Salon is absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was incredibly kind and welcoming. You can tell they truly care about the animals they work with and treat every dog with patience and genuine care.
The facility is spotless and well-maintained, and their attention to detail really stood out. Most importantly, we felt completely confident that our dog was in good hands. It’s clear that Soo’s Pet Salon takes pride in providing excellent grooming while making sure each pet is comfortable and cared for.
We’re so happy we found them and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Soo’s Pet Salon to anyone looking for… read full review
I tried this spot bc it’s close to my home. So glad I did. This is my third time. Martini is very sweet and has anxiety separation. Soo handles w care and her employees. Gentle. The shop is super cute and clean. I really like how they cut martinis hair this time it’s the teddy bear face that I asked for. Soo is very nice and listens to your concerns also gives courtesy texts to remind you of your appt and pick up. Thank you soo!
