First of all I walked in and the Salon was beautiful and clean. The ambiance is cozy and elegant. This was not your basic nail shop. I've been in many nail salons in the local area. Unfortunately some do a good job but the ambiance is not the greatest, and you have to listen to rude customers complain and talk loud. Here at Vivians I was greeted friendly and immediately attended as a walk-in customer.I was sent over to Lee who did an amazing job on my nails. this place is 5 stars when ever vivian is there but when shes gone you start getting charged extra for everything.They charged me for a delux pedicure even though thats not what i got. they are pushy to get you to upgrade.another things they kind of expect tips and unless your tipping a high ammount they act shocked. well honey when you over charged me you took it out of your tip!

Overall experience was okay. The location and the building is so nice. My nail technician's towels were so unpleasant and not good looking or not very sanitized in my opinion. Nail technician didn't speak English so It was kind of hard to communicate. She did okay job but I wasn't happy with the result.
