We were lucky enough to find LZConstruction in 2017. They first did an above garage apt for us. It turned out beautiful! Larry was in constant communication with us every step of the way. The crew are dependable , professional, courteous and skilled in the work they perform. Everything was done in a timely manner. They also did a major remodel and addition to another rental house and did an incredible job. They did new roofing and their stucco match was great. They also performed complete replacement of exterior pipes on 2 properties. any minor issues are dealt with immediately. They discovered major water leaks and did complete redo of 4 bathrooms.
