I was a little worried when my blazer was not ready on time but the owner was able to get it to me within the hour and was very honest and kind about the whole ordeal. He was like the proverbial knight in shining armor, patiently explaining how to do everything and actually measuring out and pouring in the laundry detergent for me. He was wonderfully kind and did I mention patient? Patience goes a long way with us old folks. As I sat and read my book while waiting for my clothes to finish washing, I observed Jim. I am so pleased to state that he treated everyone the same, regardless of race, ethnicity, age or gender. The machines work great and it is a good, clean establishment.
