“Been using this company for 6 years now. Very professional and helpful with their customers. They call you if they have any concerns about your clothes, and they rey to resolve the issues. Since I live in a condo,they have a service to pick-up and drop-off your laundry. It's really hard to find a parking at their location.“

“San Diego ladies! Do yall want to look even better in your jeans!? Ok then get them altered here. I’m on my third pair. I love a baggy / boyfriend jean but the waist never fits how i want and how it looks on all the websites. These ladies will fix that. I get to keep the fit thru out the leg while finally getting the perfect snug on the waist and booty. No joke my baggy jeans are also now flattering. They pull them in just right while making sure you can still easily get them up and down. This place and ladies here will not disappoint. Your clothes will look like the website pics IRL! (I’ve only gotten jeans hemmed and altered here but I bet all the other work they do is perfect). Prices and turnaround times are also great. Love them.“

“This is my second time going to them for alterations. They are so kind and professional and do really a phenomenal job. The first time I went was for a suit that I thought fit me pretty well but needed a couple of changes and then after they got through with it, it felt like the thing was custom-made! The second item I took was a dress that the bust did not fit very well. I took it to a different tailor/seamstess and unfortunately they did quite an awful job with it. I then sheepishly took it back there and within a week or two it looked like it was also custom made for me!“

“Extremely affordable & underpriced if anything. Came in to clean a military dress uniform and they charged well under what other dry cleaning services do. The uniform was in pretty bad shape. Surprised at how quick and efficient it came back looking, will be coming back they have my business now.“

“My first time there. 10/10Jasmine was kind and honest with me.She repaired a seam on a pair of jeans in 3 minutes on the spot and didn’t even charge me!I also had damage on another pair of jeans and she told me the only way to repair this type of damage was with a patch but that the patch will not fix the source of the problem and that the jeans would have another hole nearby from stress soon if I patched it. She could have just patched it and charged me for it like another alterations place did recently but instead she told me the truth up front so I could make the most informed decision, even if it meant me not choosing to do it.I will return to Jasmine the next time I or my wife need alterations/repairs done.“

“I called few minutes prior to opening and the owner picked up immediately. I asked if I could have my jacket and pants dry cleaned same day, because I have a wedding to go later in the evening. He said yes I can have it done for you. It was my fault holding off taking them earlier in the week and even told the gentleman to charge me more because of the inconvenience and short deadline I had. His prices are more than reasonable. I plan on using heartland cleaners for any future services I need.“

“When my customary dry cleaners closed a few years ago I searched for another reputable dry cleaning service near my home and discovered Clearwater Cleaners in the Grantville area near Mission Gorge. I wished I had discovered them years ago! Their customer service and treatment of my clothing and household items are so much better than what I had become accustomed to in the past. They are quick, efficient, reasonably priced and have embraced technology which makes my life easier by receiving texts when my items are ready for pick up, as well as quick, easy and accurate payment methods. The owner and consistent staff are genuinely nice, positive, and helpful. A great discovery indeed!“
