I have been a customer of Bob Jenson Heating & Air Conditioning for many years. During my most recent maintenance appointment, Brian Fernandez was very thorough and patient answering my very many questions. His customer service skills are the best.
Bob Jenson services were exceptional! Brian thoroughly maintained and inspected our new units and explained any necessary concerns. Brian and Uz were professional and completed everything perfectly with great customer service!!!
Luciano and Ramiro came and did a fantastic job! Showed up for routine hot water tank check, and found a major leak underneath the house we would have never known about! Truly caring technicians with a passion for quality!
