“Only 07/23, I had lost all hot water from my 16 year old Rheem water heater. I made a call to AccuServe Plumbing & Drain and spoke to Mike. This was definitely after hours at 9:00 PM. Mike spent the time to trouble shoot some of the common problems my water heater could have potentially have been experiencing. The following day, I attempted to fix my water heater with the assistance of Mike on the line. Mike was very transparent and provided a service to me that blew away my expectations. He wasn't asking for anything return, just that I had my water heater fixed for my family.
