Julia answered the phone right away to explain the process and helped us schedule an inspection without any pressure. Michael arrived on time and immediately got to work inspecting every part of our home. He found multiple rodent entry points, including alcoves leading into the attic, gaps near the roofline, holes near the chimney, entries by the condenser, and openings around the exterior where birds could nest then cleared out the bird mites. He sealed every single one of those areas with professional grade materials to prevent rats returning.

He also took care of bird nesting areas where leaves and debris were collecting, which was creating a mess around our property. In the attic, Michael set several traps to catch any rats that might still be inside. A few days later, one of the traps caught a rat.

The previous company didn't get any of the cobwebs or spiders in my garage or doorways if I didn't see them come I would have never known. “We have been using Western Exterminator, Chino office, for the past 50 years with no problems. Our monthly pest control specialist, Alan Banales, has always been great. This year we have had an issue with rats in our attic. At first we had a lot of problems with communication, follow-up, and not having phone calls returned. This was not Alan's fault, since all he could do was relate our problem to another team. We were very dissatisfied. It was as if they didn't care. However, once Gary Moran, Operations Manager, heard about our problems with Western, things took a change for the better. He assigned Ruben Contreras to be the lead to get rid of our rat problem.
