I’ve had a rodent problem for about a week in my attic, didn’t know what type of rodent has been living there. Called several places and was told they couldn’t help me and all they would do was set traps to attempt to catch it, didn’t ask many question or gave any hope of solving my problem. Called Alex at Trips Exterminator and he showed up same day within a couple of hours and took care of not only inspecting and setting traps, but sealed everything that he saw around my house. Now I sit and wait for results, but so far the experience with Alex has been great!

Alex responded to my service request the same day and went above and beyond to treat some problems bugs in our house. He explained everything and was very professional in doing the work. He was thorough and easy to work with, I'll definitely be calling them back in the future if I had to.
