I am a Realtor with Keller Williams Corona and I needed a termite inspection for a home in Los Angeles. My long time trusted termite company was retiring and had merged their business in with PPM. It was a great referral. Andy was my inspector. Unfortunately, the first time he went to inspect, someone had failed to return the keys to the lockbox. Emily and Andy reached out to me without complaint and Andy made a second trip to get the job done. Also, I had the report in 24 hours. I have been in the real estate business for 42 years and that is what I call outstanding customer service. Needless to say, I give PPM a 5 star rating and a top notch recommendation.

I have been using this company for 5+ years. They are amazing, the technicians are very responsive. They spray where I want, when I want and when I call the office someone always comes out within a day or so. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

We reached out to this company via yelp messaging and they were quick to respond. Additionally, we informed them we were unavailable during the weekday and they offered a weekend visit to accommodate our schedule. They provide us with an hour window for arrival and have been on time each time. This company is great with communication and professionalism. Would highly recommend.
