Top notch company and services! I waited a few months to write a review and to make sure the services received were consistently great and they truly are! Ryan is the tech who comes on a monthly basis to our place and inspect our indoor and outdoors thoroughly checking baits and tunnels. He shows up on time, is polite and courteous, and wears all the safety equipment for himself and ourselves (boots, etc). He is super friendly and professional. Thanks, Ryan for being so caring and thorough!! Kudos!

I have used them twice and gotten friendly, responsive service both times. Most recently they handled an inspection after I found termite evidence in a bedroom and then coordinated the fumigation tenting as well as some unrelated repairs for dry rot on the roof. Everyone was helpful and there was good communication throughout. Very respectful of the property and the fumigation guys they use were a good crew. Will definitely use in the future and can recommend.

Cruz Control Termite has done an excellent job on getting rid of all the little critters inside and outside my house!!! Ever since they first came to treat the house, I have not seen any type of bugs nor spider webs!!! They just came again for the second time to spray around my house. Ryan was very courteous , friendly and punctual!!! He did a thorough job spraying all over my yard and around the perimeters of my home. I highly recommend this company!!!!
