“I got to say great service. I called on Friday 9/1/23 to see if they can dry clean a high-school letterman varsity Jacket and would need it done by that coming Tuesday which was a short time frame. The gentleman said to bring it in and he will take a look at it because it's a delicate piece to work with. It being wool and leather/pleather and it being a three day weekend that it would be hard to get done by the date request. I called on Tuesday 9/5/23 at 12:30 and was surprised he said it is done and ready for pick. Thank you 777 cleaners for pulling through and working with short time period“

“I have been coming here for years. I have never had a problem with my clothes for dry cleaning and still good to go with it. However, I dropped off a dress for alteration and the lady was very vague on when it would be ready. She finally said it would be ready in a week. I went to pick it up a week later, it was not ready, they told me to come back the next day, it still not ready, come back tomorrow, still not ready. So, I came back 3 days in a row and finally I got my dress back. Very disappointed with the alterations services. Won't do any alterations business with them. Dry cleaning department will still get my buissness“

These pieces were NOT off the rack and I was cautious who I should have clean them. The wedding was in the mountains. And pictures were outside. Kirstine and her team removed all the dirt, debris and asphalt from her underskirt and overskirt (which was over 5' long with multiple layers of material). The monograms are unique and gorgeous.
