Saturn Cleaners has been trusted for many years, offering reliable dry cleaning with friendly service and great prices. Customers praise the quality of cleaning, especially for items like vintage leather jackets that look fresh and new. However, the alterations service has been disappointing, with long delays and poor communication. Despite this, the dry cleaning department remains dependable, and many customers continue to return even after moving away. Overall, Saturn Cleaners is known for good quality dry cleaning and friendly staff, though their alterations service needs improvement.
I have been coming here for years. I have never had a problem with my clothes for dry cleaning and still good to go with it. However, I dropped off a dress for alteration and the lady was very vague on when it would be ready. She finally said it would be ready in a week. I went to pick it up a week later, it was not ready, they told me to come back the next day, it still not ready, come back tomorrow, still not ready. So, I came back 3 days in a row and finally I got my dress back. Very disappointed with the alterations services. Won't do any alterations business with them. Dry cleaning department will still get my buissness

My vintage leather jacket was returned shiny, fresh, and looking brand new. Amazing prices for amazing quality… not to mention I was greeted with kindness and patience. Will come here again!!!!
