Wow. So easy, so flexible and she pays so much attention to detail!! It’s very clear that Robin is so passionate about what she does and that level of care shows in her work! I forgot to mention, amazing prices too! Highly recommend!!
After I got married I had no clue where to get my dress cleaned and boxed up. I liked around online and came across Gown Preservation and I contacted Robin to ask a few questions. After a quick phone call I felt like I found the right place to use. I set up my appointment to drop off my dress, Robin went over the process with me and we chatted about what I could get engraved on the outside bag. Through out this whole process Robin has been in constant communication and I just got my dress back and so happy with the way it was preserved! I would recommend this service to any bride out there.
