Fast turn around during the week, free military dry cleaning, they even dry clean ties. The staff are friendly. Haven't used the alterations service yet, they were booked a week out when I was there 01 December 2023.

i had a need for a specific bed comforter with feathers to be cleaned and it was after 5pm so i figured i was out of luck but luckily Kona Cleaners popped up and they were open until 7p i quickly made my way over after calling to confirm that they clean comforters. i don't recall the name of the young lady who helped me on the phone and in person but she was also there a few days later when i picked up my order. they really communicate very well with sending you a text and/or email when your order is finished and you're able to reply when you are going to pick up as well. i'll be sure to come back and bring some clothes or other items soon.

I've used this dry cleaner a few times and have been happy, but the order I picked up yesterday (27 items) had a few ripped bags that by the time I got home, had completely come off. In addition, it drives my husband crazy that they don't keep the suit pieces together! We've never had a cleaners separate them, but when he needs a suit, he has to search through multiple bags to find the matching pants and jacket.
