One thing I really appreciated and that stood out was his bidding process. He explains line by line what you're getting from his work and the cost can go up or down depending on what actually happens. He puts cost in there to show you for budgeting purposes but is VERY clear about not charging you if it doesn't happen.

His professionalism, integrity, and clear communication gave me so much confidence. If you’re lucky enough to work with him, you're in excellent hands.
