This department has been the worst! The providers are on strike and they cancelled my son’s evaluation for OT and they referred me to an outside agency. I was okay with that because I understand there’s nothing they can do regarding the providers going on strike. Now I’ve been dealing with this admin sending out authorizations for my son and they are such a mess. They sent me multiple messages on the KP app saying the authorization/referral was sent to about three different clinics. The ortho team is extraordinary! I can not convey how pleased I am. Everything pertaining to surgery scheduling has been very quick! Dr. William Martin Weiser, MD and his team have put my nerves to rest. With surgery presenting itself, everyone has been very coordinated.

No one ever answers the phone here then , if ever, they do they "transfer you " only to be connected to another 1-800 number you could of gotten off google, by the time you actually speak to someone if your lucky enough to do so your probably dead by this point. The entire Kaiser system is lacking in this aspect when comes to actually speaking to someone, and when "time is of the essence" your tied by bureaucracy. Extremely disappointed.
