“American West installed a new insulated roof and earthquake bracing for me on my Mother's home. They were very polite, well organized and efficient. My Mother said the roof has made the home much quieter than before. She hasn't had an earthquake yet so we don't know how well they'll work, but I'm sure, being Southern California, we'll have one soon enough. I know I feel better knowing she's protected now. I'm very happy with Kent, his crew and the job they did for us. I give them 5 stars.“

“The skylight area of my roof was damaged and water leaked into my home recently. I have contacted Kaliber Roofers Inc person, Carlos Padilla who came to my home to inspect and later sent me an estimate. The personnel from Kaliber Roofers Inc came in on time for two days and did an excellent job in repairing the part of the roof. In fact, I did not have tiles that match the roof color. Carlos put additional effort to find those tiles and bought it for me. I think the price is very reasonable for the work they have done and the materials they used. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend for my friends and others.“

“Ray and his crew did a wonderful job on my new roof on my rental house. He was easy to communicate with and he sent me photos on the progress. I can tell he takes pride in his work. He commenced on time and completed the job as promised and even moved the date up and came on Saturday due to the unexpected and critical Hurricane Hilary which struck on Sunday which was a hugh relief and allowed me to sleep at night knowing my Tenants would be safe. His price was very good and beat out the competition. I had to wait to find out how much the lumber charge for damaged lumber would be and found his price was good. He even picked a nice color flashing for the facia. He did a great job on the garage facia that had become a problem and it looks very nice. I will definitely give Ray a call when it is time to reroof my son's house which he recently purchased. Ray was accommodating when I wanted to upgrade the roofing shingle to another manufacturer which was on back order and had to rescedule and wait for the product to arrive rather than try to talk me out of it and move forward with what he had available. That to me is customer service at it's best.“
