Thank you Micasa for being patient with us and all of our daily questions, color, start day, cost, etc. Dealt with Oscar and he walked us through, start to finish. Hesitant at first but everything worked out fine. Big investment. Even the neighbors complimented at what a good job Micasa did. We picked a start day but had to move it up a week and no problem. They even helped out with the permit. They said they would be there at 7 am and sure enough 7am they were there. The workers went straight to work, not one worker standing around. Removed old roof, repaired plywood that needed replacing also replaced most of the fascia that needed replacing. I waited to write this...read full review
