“I would give this company 10 stars if I could! We needed remediation services for my mother-in-law's home due to the Eaton Fire. After a lot of research and meeting with several companies, we hired Safety Services Mgmt.
-Knowledgeable Staff
Jason was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation. He was also very patient while we waited for the county cleanup, power to return, and other delays. I also spoke with the owner, Jon, and learned a lot from him about the process, which was super helpful. The estimate provided was so detailed it was even accepted by State Farm.
Jenny was amazing as well, handling financials, appointments, and follow-up with incredible efficiency.
-Thorough and Spotless Cleanup
The cleanup crew did an awesome job and the house was absolutely spotless. Because of their thorough cleaning, we felt so comfortable moving our family back home.
-A Smooth and Communicative Process
Once we gave SMS the green light, the entire process was super smooth. There were three things we especially appreciated:
1. Pictures of Progress: We received links to photos showing their progress.
2. Detailed Reports: They provided photos of progress reports and checklists for each room.
3. Excellent Communication: The team’s communication throughout was outstanding!“

“Maxxi cleaning solutions is absolutely incredible, they did a great job with my carpet in my house, thought it would be only a little dirty when they did the deep clean it looked better than when I bought it. “We used DMS to clean a facility we were moving into and they did an incredible job. As a food manufacturer, we have very unique needs and they were able to accommodate all of them. We use them now for janitorial services and upkeep of the facility (epoxy floor maintenance, pressure washing the outside of the building, etc) and they do an incredible job at that as well. I usually try to point out something bad in reviews just to provide balance and I genuinely can't find anything to complain about. If you have a building that needs to be maintained, DMS is probably the right fit.“

“MaidPro is extremely reliable, easy to schedule, and very responsive to changes and other special instructions. Olivia -- the scheduler -- is super easy to communicate with. We've been customers since we moved to Claremont 12 years ago. While the quality does vary somewhat across cleaners on staff, I have never had a _bad_ experience. The standard of service is very high and well worth the expense.“
