We used DMS to clean a facility we were moving into and they did an incredible job. As a food manufacturer, we have very unique needs and they were able to accommodate all of them. We use them now for janitorial services and upkeep of the facility (epoxy floor maintenance, pressure washing the outside of the building, etc) and they do an incredible job at that as well. I usually try to point out something bad in reviews just to provide balance and I genuinely can't find anything to complain about. If you have a building that needs to be maintained, DMS is probably the right fit.

Had the pleasure of working with DMS, and they are fantastic! Everything was clear and upfront, and any miscommunication was avoided. Brandon and Rick were my point of contacts, and they were more than helpful every step of the way. The dental office I work at uses DMS maintenance. They are professional, courteous, thorough and their prices are competitive. Our office always looks great after their crew comes through.
