“Best in Palm Springs! I had a super emergency it was the day before Thanksgiving and relatives were coming in last minute. I called and Tarrin and he was was surprisingly understandable. He removed my pet odor and stains, and did so extremely quick. Atfter he completed the cleaning, he allowed me to see how much dirt was removed. Tarrin was extremely knowledgeable about upholstery carpet fibers and carpet cleaning! “We were thrilled with our service by Tyler and his crew as we took a chance with a company we didn't know. They came out to give us a quote that was reasonable, which was for the cleaning of our sofa, loveseat, 3 large chairs, and two rooms of carpet. We have pets that love to perch themselves on the tops of our furniture, so they had an especially difficult challenge to get them looking decent again. The furniture felt extra soft afterwards, almost velvet like, and our cats and dog seemed perplexed by their scent being erased, haha. The rooms that had the carpet cleaned look phenomenal. We would definitely use Steam King and Tyler again. He is a super great guy.“
