I called Distinctive Restoration to clean my tile and grout which was in need of serious help. Daniel came out and provided me with a consultation and did some testing of the grout and tile. He pointed out some things in the grout that may affect how clean it could get and then measured the area to be cleaned (1534 sq. ft.) and gave me a written price, which never varied. I was impressed. He came out the next Tuesday with an assistant and they spent two days cleaning my tile and grout. They moved all my furniture and did a fabulous job. The people I interacted with at DR were very professional and friendly, and gave good advice. However, I found the cost of setting up and "renting" a couple of fans, a dehumidifier and an air purifier for 3 days to be quite expensive.Service: Water removal
