My wife was recently admitted to the hospital for pneumonia and a lung infection so to be proactive I hired pristine to clean and sanitize my air duct vents. What an amazing job they did. They listened to my concerns and did everything they could to help. Thank you. Sincerely. John

The universe had my back today. I inadvertently called Pristine Carpet and Tile cleaning when I in fact I made an appointment with Pristine Steam Clean to confirm arrival time. In speaking with Ames, he informed me of the 2 different companies and their similarities in the company name. The5 star yelp reviews are for Ames company Pristine Carpet and Tile. In speaking with him I truly enjoyed his initial customer service and demeanor over the phone. I decided to give a him a try instead. I've never had to have floor tile and grout cleaned, but Ames of Pristine walked me through the process and the different parts to consider. He suggested I send him a few pix of my floors so that he could give me some idea of cost without my having to wait for them to come out to do an estimate. Very convenient, and they could then schedule the cleaning. When Robert arrived, he did the measuring and gave the estimate, and because I agreed, I let them start right away. They were very professional and did a great job. My floors haven't looked so good since they were installed! I highly recommend Prestige.
