On our way home we thought we'd give it one last shot and called Armstrongs. Steven answered the call and said they had large pumpkins at reasonable prices so we went! Keith was super helpful in finding a perfect pumpkin to take baby photos with for our 9 mo olds first Halloween/fall experience. And Jim was incredibly kind checking us out. “We just finished our bathroom remodel and honestly, it feels like we’re walking into a luxury hotel every time we step inside. The marble, gold accents, and Kohler fixtures are absolutely gorgeous and give the space such an elevated, timeless feel.
Eddie was our foreman and was extremely attentive and pleasant to work with. Same goes for the entire crew who worked so hard, showing up on time Monday through Saturday, and their attention to detail really shows in the finished result. They will never move onto the next step before consulting with me on placement and how I liked it. I was extremely happy that I did not need to micro-manage since I know that I am very particular and attentive to design and details. You can tell they take pride in their work. Every little corner and finish was done so carefully.
Dor (project manager) and Avi (owner) were also AMAZING to work with. From the start, Dor never pressured us into signing any contracts right away, adding things that didn’t make sense, nor did he ever make us feel like we were wasting his time. Prior to getting a quote from Lusso, another company gave a whole spiel about them losing money every time they went out to quote a potential client. Then they said that if they left our house without us signing a contract then we wouldn’t get any discount. Not only did it make us feel really uncomfortable and horrible but their prices were ridiculous compared to Lusso. No matter what time of day it was, Dor & Avi responded right away. They are great communicators and made the whole process smooth and stress-free, always checking in without ever pressuring us into anything. We felt comfortable the entire way through, and that meant so much.
The only regret that I had was not doing this sooner since I’m pregnant in my 3rd trimester. We’re beyond happy that they finished so quick with 2 months to spare before our baby comes so that we can truly enjoy our dual shower. We love how everything turned out and so grateful to the whole team for making our dream bathroom come true. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality, honesty, and a truly beautiful result!“

“My home has 1.5 acres of mature landscaping. I had no comprehensive system for watering, beyond constantly dragging hoses around. Eric Breceda is an expert at irrigation design and installation. I now have over 20 zones each thoughtfully designed for what is in that area, with the right kind of irrigation for that zone. A few zones were designed with future plantings and design in mind. I can now independently program and control them all from anywhere on my cell phone. This was a big job, taking over two weeks of trenching, installation, and programing. This crew was amazing. They arrived on time (early, actually) every single day of the job. (When does that happen?!). No one was leaning on a shovel, but was working every time I looked. “I interviewed a number of landscape companies and Chris @ Ecology Artisans stood out well above the competition when it came to plant and tree expertise. In our case, mostly CA native/low water and fruit trees. He also has a deep understanding of the surrounding environment you need to create for your flora to flourish.Most landscape vendors I spoke with just wanted to know what we wanted and where, but there is a lot more to it. We setup multiple catch basins to maximize (hold in) our occasional rains and re-graded the property to get water to flow where we wanted it.His crew are great too, and complement him not just report to him. The whole team are great communicators which is hard to find these days.We had a tricky patio (paver) install situation based on an uneven house and an overgrown tree to deal with and they were patient working through these complexities whereas most vendors would just want to push you through suboptimal solutions and cut corners.If you have a mostly hardscaping project, there are many vendors out there that can do a great job, but if you are interested in trees and plants, Ecology Artisans is a rare find.Services: Walkway landscaping“
